Mach einfach mal folgendes: halte den Pluspol des Relais an den Pluspol der Batterie und den Minuspol des Relais an den Pluspol eines Blinkers und den Minuspol des Blinkers an den Minuspol der Batterie, wenn das Relais dann immernoch zu schnell ist, ist das Relais nicht in Ordnung.
